And i cant be more happy with the rear drive shaft angle.

Front steering shaft is close to headers. I have hammer down 2 tube for little extra clearance. I have to put engine as much on driver side as i can, because front drive shaft could it the pan.

Almost finished the transmission crossmember and mount. Just need to drill the hole for the bolt. I may have gone a little bit too far on the torque arm...

    142532412_2461952480766431_4077872772796075089_n.jpg

Also made a protector for transfert case. The novak adapter clock the transfert case some degree to help clearing the th350 oil pan, so the transfert case oil pan was a little too much exposed...again i may have been a little too much overkill but i had to deal with material i have in my hand.

Transfer case protection looks good. I don't think you can over protect it.

I didn't realize you went to coil springs in the rear, for some reason I thought you were front coil only. This Jeep is amazing (y)

Inital plan was to do only a front coil set-up. Ended up getting enough part to do the rear as well.

So with new tire, i need to clean up my beadlock wheel. They were painted 8 years ago and had a lot of trail abuse.

So i gring down the rust and old paint from the ring. I also have do a good clean of the inner lip so i will be able to have a good seal when the tire will be mounted.

I was supposed to get my headers with powdercoat ceramic coating. But the shop that was suppose to do it had a major issus so he cannot do it before june.
So i decided that i will go with high heat paint that i use to sell to stove fabrication shop.

I gave then a good clean with a scotch bright pad and a final clean using xylene.

Now they will dry for 4-5 days hanging in the front of my pellet furnace so they get some direct heat for i hope a not so bad cure.

I receive the right lenght transmission cable, so i went for the final installation of the shifter and center console with the cup holder.

I just need to finish the wiring for the starter safety switch and reverse light.

I will be able to fab a new cover the big hole in the floor.

I was struggling with other type of tire....but i remind me how i like the tsl bias look and how i like the off road capabilites :)

As now i have bought a trailer to tow the jeep with long range trail so these tire wont see road so much.

I still have the my toyo's tires for daily driving :)

Receive my speedbleeder yesterday. So time for my favorite part of doing a project.....brake bleeding. I never been able to do a job without a complete mess.

Had a hard time doing it since i had to bleed the master even if it stay on the jeep full of fluid....

    Little progess yesterday

I had to change the water pump. There was some play on the pulley so while having an easy access decided to change it for a new one.

    152388288_269388444562799_5192787812743140927_n.jpg

Also start assembling thing back, throttle body, alternator and kickdown cable.

Suppose to get a package from summit racing today, so i will be able to go on final assembly this weekend. Should be able to start the engine if i dont have any installation problems.
