2016 Rzr 900 Trail Eps

Thought I would start a separate thread for what has become a mini Jeep of sorts. I finished up the two front A-arm guards today. 1/4" 6061.





Hopefully, I have them designed to take a pretty good hit and distribute that loading to the entire a-arm. The rear arms should be a lot more simple as those are square tube and already have mounting holes. That and in my driving to date, they don't get whacked near as much or as hard.

 

Nice those are good looking pieces
