1974 Dana 44 Vent Line

Does anyone know what size or a part number for this, some of them I know were installed as a combination vent slash brake hose junction that were installed on the RT rear? Any help or ideas, part number appreciated

I probably have the part laying around, I just went through a complete rebuild of my D-44 rear off my 74 CJ.
I did not use the fitting because I don't like the design where it vents on the axle tube. I weld up the hole and vent the
diff off the top of the housing. I then run the tube up to an ARB venting block mounted high on the fire wall in the engine compartment.
If I can figure it out I will try to post some pics

They have Jeep part numbers, but I don't think it those will help you. There is a

I recall a tube (vent) pressed into the housing with a hose up to the chassis. The breather is a plastic cap that keeps out bugs and splash I presume, but lets through air. The front one goes to a clamp on one of the radiator support bolts. Not sure where the rear one goes.

Suggest you find the hole in the axle housing and improvise. Plenty of axle vent caps available aftermarket. Dorman Products - Search Results
