WTB Seat Mounts

I’m in need of the front seat mounts for my ‘74 project. There doesn’t appear to be a set of new ones for an intermediate Jeep.

If they’re no longer available, I guess I’ll fire up the welder and build a set. It’s not like I’m doing a faithful restoration…

Bueller? Anyone? Shipping to Minnesota might be expensive.

I'd just build your own, unless you find some very local to you.
I sold a set a while back and the challenge to box them up was a pain in the .....
Never mind the $130 cost to ship them due to oversize.

These early-style brackets are the same as the intermediate parts except 1) the driver's seat for the intermediates is mounted further outboard. You could center the brackets on the steering wheel. There will be mounting holes in the body at the right locations. 2) the passenger bracket has an additional short brace going forward to the top of the tool box. Yesterday, while out and about, I stopped by the local fab shop and bought a stick of 1” square tubing. I’ll see about making a set, but first, I’ll decide what seats are going in.
