    Called up Snap-On. They asked for the model number of the box, and I think a date code, all found on the back of the cabinet. My box was about 20 years old. They asked for my name and address, and about a week later I got a package of the correct slides.
    Yes, I had a bunch of little ball bearings in the bottom of the main cabinet.
