    I can't see anything "1956" about that jeep. Even the frame lacks the reverse shackles for that year.

    With all the “upgrades” from an original ‘56, putting a Dauntless in there would have been really nice for that asking price.

    The frame does have the ‘55/‘56 reversed shackles. Looks like a ‘72-‘74 intermediate tub on an early chassis. It has an early hood and grill, but a ‘70/‘71 windshield and front fenders. Still looks like a nice clean Jeep

    My bad, you are right. I've always considered "reverse" shackles to be normal, so I get easily mixed up. So it could be a '56 after all, underneath everything.

    In fact, I get easily mixed up about a lot of things.:oops:

    4-cylinder Renegade! :lol: Those intermediate stripes must have been shortened at the cowl interface to 'fit'.
