Well not my actual car, but same interior, slant six, etc! Omg!! Why would they have put a cut off valve on the pcv valve line and notice the cutoff switch at the battery. Lots of memories in this car! I got it from my Dad which be bought brand new, then I got it in 10th grade, drove 11miles to school for 2 years. One day me and my friend were driving to Surfside had 2 surfboards on top, got onto a deserted road, hit about 60, looked into my rearview mirror and saw the surfboards flying in the air! lol
one day after band practice, a hot evening, got into the Valiant, wouldn't start. A friend said, "try putting it in park or neutral~ lol, it started of course!
the list would go on and on!!
    just wanted to share;)

Dad had a 60 Valiant with the spare tire imprint on the trunk.
That thing with the slant six always ran. He would be driving, throw his hands up, and say, "Better get the wheel, it's headed for the ditch." We would have to steer it back in the road. We would squeal and steer the car. One day my dad was driving and my older brother was steering and shifting for him. The stick shift came out of the floor in his hand and he said, "What do I do now, daddy?" Without missing a beat, my dad said, Plug it back in and shift her." It worked, and they drove it home.
Great memories. Great looking car. Enjoy that history.

Pretty! We had lots of Valiants, Darts, Dusters, a Scamp while growing up. All a bit newer but my first engine and engine swap was a 225 in a '70 Dart.

Thought you wanted a project though?
