Front and rear steer, with 2 separate steering wheels? What could possibly go wrong?

 

That's got to be interesting to drive.

 

Not sure how the dual wheels would work out but I love the four wheel steel mode in the Bobcat 5600. Makes for a very short turning radius and off road you can get through really tight stuff. In road mode, best to turn that off------

 

Our Bobcats have all wheel steer and skid steer mode. Very handy, but it looks like this has one person steering the front and one person steering the rear.

 

Yup. A bungee cord for road mode. Good thing the L head is still there--------

 

Bantam offered 4 wheel steering in the original BRC's during the original jeep bid process, but the army told them no thanks after trying some of them. I think that is how it went down but I am too lazy to get my Ballantine "Jeep" book out to verify.
