Swapped out my steering stabilizer and simultaneously let 2lbs of air out of my tires to take them down to 20lbs on a fiberglass bodied CJ5 on Goodyear Wrangler M/T's. Suddenly, front tires hit the springs at full turn. Ideas?

Perhaps the old one didnt have as much length or was bent somehow not allowing full travel.

I agree with jeep2003. The old stabilizer, also, may not have been installed correctly. Was it centered while going straight?
Ever since I put the Dana 30 under my '71 model, the frame or springs are the 'bump stop' with 33" tires.
Those little screw bump stops inside the knuckle were probably fine for stock tires. ;)
Go out and enjoy your new tighter steering radius! (y)
