    304, 360 or 401 as mentioned above. Doubt it's a 401 but could be. You'd need to look on the side of the block, they have castings in the side that state engine size. I probably wouldn't pay a dime for that mess though. Looks like it's been sitting out in the weather uncovered for a long time with the air cleaner off. Might make a good boat anchor.

    We never know what people did after these things left the factory. 40-50 years of multiple owners tinkering you're bound to find all kinfs of weird stuff.
