    That was my first thought as well, probably a lot less air circulation and more likely to fogg inside lens? But would seem to me to be much less cumberson. I have clerance problems with my helment also it always seam to be moving around on my head and getting out of place, if I tighten it so it stays put it is very uncomfortable. Humm both types seem to be a trade off.
