I'm replacing the clutch in my 1970 cj and am looking at a RAM clutch kit. Is this a good choice for a stock V6 jeep? I've used Centerforce in the past on my cars, but trying to get by cheaper on this one.

I have used RAM parts on multiple projects with no complaints. But I have no experience using them on a Buick.

I forgot about LUK, I've used them once in the past and had no problems, but I just ordered a RAM, it was a little more $$$, but maybe keeping an American employed a while longer. Thanks for the replies, I'll post the results once I get the job done.

I suspected the the pilot bushing was the source of the squealing noise that would stop when the clutch pedal was pushed, so I tore it down today and found a few things. The old clutch is a LUK, dated Feb 1999 and it looked ok, the pilot bushing is magnetic and was cocked in the crankshaft aactually bored itself out and fits loose on the shaft, I don't know what's going on with the throw out bearing. I'm going to order rebuild kits for both the trans and T case, thinking about using kits from Novak. In the photos, you can see the new pilot bushing, it fit the input snug and it's non magnetic, made in the USA.
