Wheel Vintiques

    The only way I could make the Renegade wheels fit was 1” spacers and a lot of grinding on the calipers.

    Good to know! Maybe I will try a bit of grinding....

    Update--you were correct. Some grinding did the job! Curious, if poster PFMG would mind sharing the color red you used for your wheels? I am painting my body a Potomac grey. Trying to find a red that will look good on the wheels. Thanks

    Just as an FYI there are two front "R&P disc brake kits". One uses GM 1/2 ton truck 4x4 calipers and that style of mount. These will not work with stock early CJ and flatfender 15" wheels. Will work with "some" 16" factory wheels but it's hit and miss.
    The other "R&P disc brake kit" is their 1/4 ton kit with a custom bracket and uses a smaller GM caliper. S-10 or Camaro caliper. These fit all 16" stock wheels we could find to test fit and many, but not all 15" stock early wheels. The riveted ones were problematic and some of the 15" inner contour wouldn't work, but some would.
