I have the 225 with Advanced Adapter to T90. I started a pile of parts that I am slowly turning into a jeep. I am looking for a parts list for the brake/clutch cross shaft and clutch bell crank. I would settle for a picture of a finished bell crank and cross shaft assembly. All I have it the brake pedal, clutch pedal, and the cross shaft. I know I have the linkage with the bell crank because stumbled on a clutch rod.

Clutch Kit I'm looking into but I don't know where the pivot balls mount.

Do they mount into hole in Tcase and the holes in side of frame?

Does this part play any role in this setup? Or is it for an older transmission? Looks like it would mount on T90 but don't know the use for it.

Here is a picture from the manual for reference....

Photos of Brake/Clutch Cross shaft. Are there any washers other than the one between the frame and the clutch pedal?

Any help is greatly appreciated! My other option is just to go with the chain clutch kit from advanced adapters. It might cost the same considering I have no original bell crank parts or linkage....

That pivot ball you are talking about (ball with threads) goes into the transfer case. In fact it looks like you can see the hole on transfer case that you posted. Then the bracket with other ball bolts to the inside frame rail.

Might want to see if any members have a set that you can get from them. I have been told the advance adapters works well but haven't had a chance to try one.

Here is a pic of my set up. It isn't a Advance Adapter, but the pivot balls mount as Piffey indicates, one on the frame and one into the x-fer case, I have "shimmed" out both as the jack shaft seems to be too short. I also put an adjustable rod in place of the fixed length, just wanted more adjustment.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks! Makes sense now. I am going to order the AA chain linkage. Due to the cost not being much more.

For the brake/clutch cross shaft the parts are as follows:

Bell housing Side <-------------------------------------------------------------> Driver's frame
    Cotter Pin| MC Support Plate |Washer|Brake Pedal|Washer|Cotter Pin|Clutch Linkage|Frame|Washer|Clutch Pedal
