My front left hub is broken, due to the tow home from when I bought it and it only had 2 lug nuts on it. :(

I have a replacement hub bought from a member, but I am struggling with how to get the current one off. I don't think a typical hub puller will work due to not being able to hook it onto a lug on the third side.

    Any suggestions?

No puller necessary. Remove the large nut from the spindle (check for a locking tab washer under the grease) and the hub will probably come off in your hands, although it may require a tap or two to loosen the wheel bearings from the spindle.

Might consider purchasing a fsm/tsm (factory or technical service manual). They have lots of step by step procedures for basic services like this. Invaluable to any early Jeep owner.

Based on your picture, it looks like you unbent the washer and removed the nut. You need to remove the washer, there is another nut under there.

Yeah, I found that second nut under the washer last night... Once I removed it, it came right off. Thanks for the help
