Reverse light switch

    The PO of my jeep hooked up a toggle switch on the dash to activate the reverse lights. I think I can do better than that. I have a 69 CJ5 with what I believe is the original T14 transmission. Is this the spot where the reverse light switch is supposed to go? (picture is taken from under passenger side door) I thought the switch was on top of the transmisison housing. Does anyone have a picture of what I am looking for? Can I but it at a local store?

    On my T14, the reverse switch is on the top of the transmission, on the passenger side.

    Pull off the body transmission cover/plate/panel and see what you find.
