11 inch rear brakes

    I am attempting to install the shoes on the rear axle. It appears these shoes require that "T" piece that fits into the shoe then goes into the wheel cylinder. Am I correct ???

    Also...it is a 1972-1974 4-11 rear end

    There is two links that go into the wheel cylinder then a "forked" opening goes into a web on the brake shoe...there is also a diamond shaped piece that goes on the top pin of the backing plate.
