    thinking hood,
look in that particular spot there are NO scratches or dents .the hood is the only thing that is straight on my rig ,,,,,,and I'm kind of proud of that........

first time for every thing Stevo......
I'm just thinking of the wear and tear on the cabling/wiring everytime you open up the hood....

no,no,no Jim , hood filler would be attached to the fender with a small kicker so it would be braced very well.

That is a very clean install. I might have to work that in on the tube chassis I am starting. Very nice.

As cool as the fender mount looks I would be afraid of sand, water, mud getting packed in the connections. The hood mount is just as trick and a safer spot. Really like the dash mount very clean.

I see you point on the fenders ,since there is damage there already ,,,thinking it could/WOULD happen again so hood mount is the safest spot ,Thanks all for the compliments , p.s.-where the plugs go are hollow, and only go hot when you shut off the alt.
