here is a pic of the cage
Thanks in advance to any leads, I am in San Diego Ca.

Your best bet is going to be something custom. Off the shelf bikinis are made with straps for tension - and you have enough cage to be able to strap it all down to.

Start with upholstery shops or boat-top places.

Check with a Awning and Tent maker, they seem to be in every town and have the sewing machines to work heavy material, have heavy material on hand so it is not a custom order, have the experience to do it correct the first time

Thanks for that info, that may be something to look at, my Friend built the cage for me, turned out pretty good, I just painted it over the weekend, I was hoping to find an already made universal type top for it that wasn't too expensive but I am having a hard time finding something

I had a bikini top that covered just the front seats. When I added a family cage I took it to a local auto upholstery shop and they added enough to cover the back and re-attached the straps.
    Works well!

pop rivit a sheet of aluminum on it. Not only does it keep the sun off, if you roll it keeps other "stuff" from joining you inside the cage.

You could start with a summer top for an MB. I plan on fitting my cage to hold the summer top up on my A1 so that I won't even need the bows any longer. Contemplating cutting the back off above the window to make it even more like a bikini, but we'll see...

Beachwood Canvas, New Life Canvas, Weebee Webbing. There are some others, but those are all good. Most vendors offer them in vinyl as well which is probably a little more user friendly. But other than the smell, I like the canvas.

Here is a pic of my A1 with the summer top.
