I was going to my 3A wiring harness from Kaiser Willys but I shopped around a little. It seems that Walcks has made their own for the past 20 years. Any difference (in quality or ease in installing) between Walcks and Kaiser?

If you want a stock harness for restoration use something by Walcks is fine. If you are gonna add things later on by all means use a EZ wire aftermarket harness that will allow you to add circuits.

the only thing I'm adding are electric wipers. I may email walcks and ask them to add provisions for electric wipers.

Im using a EZ wire aftermarket harness for my 3b Project & they make it very easy to install & repair with markings on the wires every 5 or 6 inchs for what it goes to ,, And fittings for the chevy steering & all the gauges,, For about $165 on E-bay ,, Along with fuse box that fits nice & neat under the dash,,:flag:

Are these EZ wire kits a sort of "one size fits all vehicles" type of deal, where as long as the kit has the circuit setup you are looking for, you can run the wires and cut to fit?

Told you I'd have some newbie questions :)

Pretty much yes. They are a general kit for building kit cars and hotrods. The circuit kit has more than enough for most all jeeps, they are color coded now and include most everything.
