anyone have a supplier for original (or original looking) seat recovering kits for early Jeeps?

I have a good back seat but it has some wear and tear and I want to recover it.

    thanks

What year? Somebody here is working with Mona Roth to help her get setup to make reproductions of the original canvas tops, but she's already making replacement seat covers for the early CJ5 front and rear seats, I believe. Then there's always Beachwood Canvas, but bring lots o' cash.

year is 1970, seat may be slightly newer but same shape as original.

just kinda seems odd to me that for a vehicle which has been manufactured in the numbers Jeeps have, with soft tops and lots of sun exposure that no company seems to sell made to fit seat reupholstry kits.

Thanks, but if I understand right, they only make them in Canvas and only as a set with fronts. I got aftermarket high backs in the front and a canvas back will look a bit od.

SMS Auto Fabrics has the pattern. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Their prices are not that good, but it's the real deal.

New Life Canvas makes seat covers in vinyl. Mona now has the patterns for both front and rear seats. She has my half cab canvas top which I hope she will soon start producing as well.
