    Hi from France,
My V6 225 exhaust system is not stock:

The hoses are getting old and there are some crackings.

Does anyone have a pair of stock manifolds?

What is the weigh of these parts?(for shipping by post in Europe)

    Thanks
    Bruno

If you cannot find manifolds-- make a set of short headers using the flanges to your existing old headers.

Cut the Header pipes off ----Have the tubes for each exhaust port extend a couple of inches--(50mm) the weld on a collector. From the collector have a the large exhaust pipe exit to the tail pipe. This required custom fab however. And costs $$$.

I would guess the manifolds weigh 10-15 lbs each.

I'm not an expert on 225 V6 parts, but I think there is no source for new aftermarket replacements. To find a used pair, you could post in the classified ads here, or on the Willystech parts board. You could also contact J&W Jeep Parts in Antelope CA, they may have manifolds for you, and can probably ship to France.

I would try places like Willys motors, Walks and etc. from the vendors list. If no one has any in the calssifieds or vendors, search for cast manifold from 60's buick V6. Your jeep is right hand drive? For left hand drive jeeps, the factory setup was to use two right sided manifolds and reverse left side such that it projects forward and clears the steering box. The two manifolds are identical except later models had a butterfly valve (right side) to add a little back pressure Where is your heater box (if any)? What runs through the clear/braided tubing?
