steering arm hits oil line

i did a search and this is all ive come up with but i dont see any results here.\

the problem is that when i turn the steering to the left fully the steering rod contacts and pinches the brass fitting and plastic tube fr the oil pressure guage. it did this when i had the original sensor for the idiot light too. it completely shattered it. not so sure what route to go. any ideas tghat have been tested?

 

you have to use a street 90 ell to stay close to the block

 

what is that and where can i get one. a part # or anything b/c ive never heard of a street elbow before
