line lock plumbing???

    Yes there are some numbers on it, but I can't find where I wrote it down. I'll see if I can get it off the unit tomorrow....thanks for the help:)

    The reason there's nothing electrical on it, is because it is a mechanical style. When you flip the lever the valve locks the pressure in. Consequently, you have brakes lines running up under the dash and back out. Or, I am as full of it as ever........

    yep that's how it's run....I'm thinking it's probably a check valve or similar problem as was suggested earlier. Mico Inc. west division is 1 1/2 hrs from me, gonna see if I can talk to a techy here in a bit.

    Talked to a tech in Minnisota today....ah!.......found out the lever engages opposite of what I thought, plunger engaged is free, plunger free brakes lock. The plunger unit needs to be bottomed out on the unit, bleeder /relief ends up wherever( no need to face up). Made the changes.....everything works great:).

    Have been following these posts hoping to find a brake for my Jeep. When research Mico valves, found they do not recomend using their valve as a stand alone parking brake but rather as a suppliment to another brake system.
