Seat frame ideas

    I am looking for ideas to fabricate front seat frames for my 67 CJ5, I know this has been discussed in depth, but if some of you don't mind one more time I would appreciate it.

    I made mine out of 1" square tubing. Built 'em from scratch to fit a set of low back Bestop seats. They're far from original but they fit completely under the seats, leaving a lot more room in the jeep than the originals. My tool box was rusted away and I removed it completely rather than replace it, so I had to do something for the passenger side brackets anyway.
