    Then go with that distributor I posted about above which is a complete drop-in assembly and even includes the cap. $135 to your door and you can give your buddy's back to him!

    How much do the guts cost?? Just wondering how much it would cost to keep a spare set in the jeep. That is one nice thing bout the Pertronix, I can keep the points etc in the jeep and switch back over in the field if it comes to that.

    I don't know what the guts cost. I had that same concern. I used to keep the points in the glove box of my Z in case of such an emergency... I figure I'll keep the points distributor in the spare parts bag for the jeep.

    Hey Guys man I missed this site...glad to be back and ready to get working on the CJ and I need more spark so I am putting in a Pertronix who's got the best price right now?

    P.S. Sparky the site looks great, when did you make the changes?
