I would like to see some of your guys/gals CJ’s with lift kits 2 1/2” to 4” , before and after photos. It would be informative also as to what you have and why.
I haven’t seen a post regarding this directly if there is feel free to delete.

Give me until after the holidays. I currently have the factory springs/shackles and have just bought BDS 2.5" lift. I will take before and after.

Can’t wait to see it. I just bought the same kit because it was on sale and I have heard good things about it.It’s going to be quite a while until my Jeep is ready for it. I have the 1 1/2 inch lift that superlift used to make on my CJ3b.

Nope. I just put two and a half inch BDS lift on my Jeep last summer I believe, and a ride like a dream. No Caster shims though

I should clarify, they didn't come with shims, but I bought them because I needed them.

They were 6° shims from Warrior products.

I have been trying for a good hour to post a pic. File too large it says. As indicated, I am optimized for analog... Please advise.

Anyhow, what I was going to say is that old Madeline wheels pretty decent with pretty old 2.5" rancho springs and 32" tsl tires. Tire noise is not an issue as she has 5.38 gears and rarely leaves the hood here.
