Good morning, I've been interested in a front / rear PTO setup for my 67 CJ5 with Dauntless. I just made arrangements to purchase a Keonig 100 with a mount and fairlead (Pto Winch In Ma). I'm on the hunt for a front / rear PTO setup and think the Koenig 51 is what I'm after. My jeep is stock with the exception of an upgraded T14 (swapped out the original T86).

I'm looking for any guidance / gotchas that might save me pain and aggravation getting parts together and installed. Also looking for an appropriate PTO if anyone has a lead, I understand there a few different units out there that might work for my setup.

I also have a bench seat and expect the PTO levers might need to be bent to accommodate.

Best to all, appreciate any help that can be provided.

    Put one in my '67 CJ6 V6

If you want to take a ride to North Andover in MA. You can take a look first hand. PM me and we will work something out.

I have a bench seat as well, and an overdrive. The shifter has to be bent at a 90degrees.

This is outstanding. Thank you for the offer. I’ll be in contact as I get my parts collected. Really appreciate the pictures. Our Jeeps are model year siblings, yours is way cleaner. Nice job!

The Koenig 51 only has a front output. Works great for a front winch. If you are planning both front and rear winches then you would need a different PTO controller. A Ramsey PT1-J, Ramsey DP-1, Koenig 50, and Koenig 58 all have front and rear outputs. The Ramsey PT1-J has a single stick and turns the front and rear outputs simultaneously. The Ramsey DP-1 and Koenig 58 have two sticks and can run both outputs separately but not at the same time. The Koenig 50 has two sticks and will allow running both outputs simultaneously or just the rear output. See this page: Willys PTOs

I may have what you're looking for. It's a Ramsey & is driver side drop & has front & rear looking shafts. It shifted by cable. From a Dana 20 in an 800 Scout but will fit your 18 if your intermediate gear has the same number of teeth as my 20. I'll dig the 20 out & count the teeth for you.
Also have the winch & bumper, think it's a Tulsa
