Got the top set on this evening. Fits nice! Just a test for as I still need to do some structural work and don’t have a seal yet. Will load pics in the AM when I get to work.

So I know its been a long time since I have updated this thread but got a camping trip coming up in a week so I drug this thing out to work on it last week. I pressure washed it off and got to work insulating it and wiring it up for lights. I ended up using shiplap for the walls. I haven't got the ceiling up yet but I have the material.

There's about 6 of us jeep guys that usually camp twice a year on Jones creek near Springer Mountain (@ the beginning of the Appalachian trail). But this year we are going to the Rock Creek area, which is located close to the big city of Suches Georgia lol.

I like the fit of that top on the trailer. That'll be a good setup. What else are you doing to it?

Rock creek is a good area.Have camped that area often. We live about 30 min from there. We can see Springer Mt. from our Kitchen window.

I installed a amazon switch panel and some amazon lights on the outside and a LED tag light for an interior light. When I get back from this trip I’ll prob paint it and build a sleeping platform in the front.

Well it worked pretty good. The place we camped was pretty rough getting in and out of, had to put the truck in 4 low to come out. The trailer just bounced along behind just fine. Id say it got down just above freezing one night and I stayed pretty warm inside my sleeping bag so the insulation worked. Now I need to work on a sleeping platform because the cot took up way too much room. I've included some obligatory camp food pics. (the cheese dip had left over smoked brisket, chorizo, roasted garlic, 3 kinds of cheese, peppers.... :drool;)
