Differential Cover Pinhole Leak

Here’s a chart to help identify what you have. As far as I know, the d30 and d27 use the same cover.

Excellent! Now we've made some progress!
I have to check but I "think" I have a heavy duty chrome cover that will fit. The chrome was rubbed in the center by a tie rod it looks like. This is a good solid heavy cover. Yours for cost of shipping if I still have it.
I'll try and look for it today if you're interested. The 27 will have the vent in the top of the housing like the 30. If you look at the bottom right support web (looking from the front of the vehicle) it should say 27 on it if a Dana 27. It may say something like 27A also.

 

I looked and I do have that chrome heavy front Dana 30 cover. Should be no problem on a Dana 27. Yours for shipping if interested.
