A local person has two of these for sale. The backside has a raised area just outside the wheel studs. I’ll post a picture soon

It appears that that raised area on the backside hits the drum and doesn’t seat properly

That to me is a heavy 16" are you sure it doesn't seat or is that judging by the picture. It's got the little hole in the right spot but the angle is hard to tell overall

On the inside of the wheel the rounded part and the raised lip from the cut out are exactly flat. That being said there’s about a quarter inch gap all the way around in the area of the Lugnuts

Lots of Jeep wheels have that raised flange where the lug nuts are.

To me, "correct " implies a factory OEM type part. I can't say if thats what you have or not. But it looks like it'll bolt up and work.
If you have disc brakes or 11" drums, make sure the wheels clear them.
This is the stock spare for my CJ, it has the raised area like yours.

Based on the first image, those look mighty similar to my 16” Jeep wheels. 87DB551F-16A6-416D-A01D-D5B4A4A43F61.jpeg

As suggested, I too think those are 16" heavy duty rims. Those are OEM Willys rims. Measure the width between the beads. 5" or 6"?

The outside of the beads are 5-3/4” best I can tell with the tires on.
