Sorry guys - another exploded view request that i can't seem to find when searching the internet....

My 1973 Dana 30 has a set of Warn premium full turn hubs - Warn part # 9062. They are at least 30 years old. Not sure if the new 9062 model is the same as the older unit? But externally they look the same.

Does anyone have an exploded view for this model hub?

Thanks. This is a big help. Is that image from a FSM? What year?

I see in the bottom left it calls out model M-54 and M-195. Based on a quick search it looks like model M-54 is part number 29062 and model M-195 is part number 9062. Only difference being the spline count - 10 for M-54 and 27 for M-195.

Not sure of the original source. I did a google image search for "warn hub diagram" and scrolled through the results looking for one matching my memory from the last time I had some apart.

The spline counts makes sense, the 10 spline would fit a Dana 25/27 and the 27 spline would fit a Dana 30. The only difference is the one piece with the splines as far as I know.

I bought that set for my M38a1. The lock washers provided don't keep the bolts tight. FYI.

I installed these Wedge locking Washers. I'll have to see if they work out.

It's from the Jeep parts manual.
