    Good morning.
I have the factory windshield washer nozzle on the cowl and the bag holder (bag is missing) on the driver fender. According to the manual there should be some sort of windshield washer control/switch #7 on the dash (mine is missing from what I can tell) Anyone have any pics of it or a part number?

Anyone here able to drop some knowledge on this and how it operated etc if not a switch?

It's actually a hand operated pump. Pull the knob, and it squirts. Kind of a POS. Unless you want a 100% restoration, I'd install a switch and electric pump.

Ahhh, ok. That would explain a little. Does it have a rod on the back side of the dash with another piece that pivots off the rod? I will take a pic of what I have tonight.

As Doug said it's a push pull. I've never fixed mine. It needs a new hose and the squirter on the cowl is loose. The squirter was used on Dispatcher 100's through 79 that I know of.

What switch did you use? Were you able to use the stock knob?

Doug . it's been so long . think switch just came from FLAPS
as to factory knob . I had to use a thin piece of aluminum around switch shaft ( think beer can )

Speaking of which, anyone have a parts manual lying around they could look in for the description?

I converted mine to an electric pump a couple of years ago and it works very well with the original nozzles. The original squirter was a joke.

When in high school in the late 70s I adjusted the nozzle a little bit so I could squirt other cars when sitting in traffic or when a friend would walk by in the parking lot. Sometimes it didn't go over well.

When we were in High School one of my friends put Vodka in his squinter bottle, and ran the tube into the car, he would squirt Vodka into your McDonalds Coke. I didn't like the hard stuff.
