I look at the threads and did not find an answer. Does this mean I have to make my own? I'm trying to replace the grommet(s) that hold the PVC and the other breather. I have bought ones but the ID hole is way to big to hold the PVC. I have 1975 in line 6. Part numbers would be great Thanks!

The PCV grommet for 1975 is Jeep PN 3178622. Some '75s use a molded hose that plugs in to the valve cover, 3190565. Late ones use one of two elbows and bulk hose.

I do not have a book that covers '73. A '74 has the same grommet number and used the molded hose exclusively. '73 is probably the same. Note that the molded hose goes to the air cleaner (filtered fresh air into the crankcase), and the PCV valve goes in the grommet and connects to manifold vacuum using bulk hose.

I have the molded hose but the grommet i ordered looks too big for the pcv valve. I’m gonna order one from vintage Jeep parts website? Thanks for the info
