Make sure you have continuity on all wires and if so, condenser next

Is there any way to test the condenser without replacing? Not sure anyone has a local one for a prestolite

You are cranking the engine while doing the spark test, right?

    Yes, of course lol.
OK, sanded points, did nothing. Where the rotor contacts the distributor cap was dirty, I sanded it and jeep started right up. That seem possible?

Oh for sure! I don't have time for a couple hours or so. I did sand the points a little and it does run worse. Idles good but breaks up when revving it. I measured dwell and its at 22-24 degrees and the sticker under my hood says it should be 30. Would that make a difference?

After sanding points (lightly) it is important to wipe them clean of any particles, such as swiping a clean piece of card or paper between them.

Good catch PeteL. A little cleanliness goes a long way with ignition systems and of course anything electric in general.

So, I think originally I was running out of gas(and having carb issues period) and had a faulty ignition switch. Today, I seriously went back and forth on a road 1/4 mile long for about an hour.. Longest I shut it off was a couple minutes.
I took her on a public roadway and let her rip after she ran for an hour and a 15 minute cruise and I didn't get stranded! My odometer is off due to tire size so I'd say 25-30 total miles I put on total with well over an hour run time.
I do believe I either have some water in the carb or need to rebuild it. I'm ordering some stuff from rockauto and I'll order me up a carb kit as well.
Thank you guys for the absolutely amazing amount of help!
