A very nice Jeep indeed. It appears there are some extra breaks or creases in the front fender. What is the reason for these?

I didn't like the way the fender looked when cut out for the header, so I put that in to hide the header. Sharp eye.

Been trying to figure out a vibration I have that starts at about 30mph. If I push the clutch in it goes away. With the clutch out and I shift into neutral it goes away. It feels like it more in the rear. Hubs are unlocked and tcase is in 2 high. Any thoughts? The drive train is from a 74 CJ5. T14, D20, D30 and D44.
