Ok, I'm trying to replumb my 3b. The previous owner had all kinds of Frankenstein line of various sizes and compositions. Heck, he had part of the rubber line touching the exhaust! Anyways, it has a stock ford 302 in it with a stock 2 bbl carb. It has an Autozone electric fuel pump (1.5 to 4 psi) and an aftermarket plastic under seat tank waiting for installation. I'm kinda leaning towards using 1/4" hardline for the majority but it it too big or too small for this?

Low horsepower small block fords and chevy's usually used 5/16" fuel line from the factory. Big Blocks and higher horse small blocks use 3/8" fuel line.

Pretty sure Jeep used 1/4" line for these Jeeps, but IMO that's too small for that engine. Go with 5/16".
