[IMG]finished the hard lines on the brakes and fitted the heater. the heater box is out of a yj a little massage on the firewall by the water inlet and a trim on the edge of the box itself and it fits pretty good. had to loose the part for the vent for clearance but seeing as the 70 dosnt have a cowl vent its all good a little mesh over the fan to prevent toe damage will finish this step...[IMG][IMG][IMG]

I like the use of the YJ heater box. What mufflers are you using?

Jones exhaust turbo tubes with the outlet side cut off and a 4" turndown welded on. What you can't see is the spark arresters inside the turnouts it's a price of mesh I got off of an prefilter for a genset. It has 1/16 holes punched a 16th apart. Keeps the green police off your back

Subscribed! Found this on a search for swinging pedals. Which, of coarse, would have been followed up with a search for heaters. I live in Oregon. I like heat in my Jeeps. Looking forward to seeing how you finish these two items up.

It's also good to see a father-son project at the same time. You can tell a lot about a man who's kids choose to hang out with them instead of their buddies.

thanks to tim on another post I now know that five inches is the difference in early and intermediate front fenders, chopped the five inches off and welded the edge back on fits way better than the old rusty ones.
