Are you planning putting a booster on the master brake cylinder? Combined with disk brake it's a major difference with Oem.

Nope...I'll see how it goes for now. It will be a huge improvement just having rear drums that work....lol

Thanks....what I've done so far definitely was not planned. I just kept finding one thing after the next that was jacked up. I've learned that jeeps are not cheap to build by any means...I am getting closer to being able to start it though.

Yeah jeep and cheep (cheap) Dont go together .

When you see other jeeps all decked out , sure make you appreciate what they have done on a whole different level .

And even more so if they did it them selves.

My hat is always tipped to guys who tackle their own rigs.

    Salute :)

Getting closer to actually starting this thing.....I'm waiting on spindles right now to finish up the front axle. A lot of money spent on this old beast and it's by no means a show vehicle...lol

Thanks....I probably should have done the dremel, but I determined to jack my exsisting spindles up lol. The new replacement radiator has the tranny line connections at the bottom of radiator, so that makes one line too short. I'll have to figure out an adapter for it now....always something.:AMC:

It's been a while, but I got it running...had a some issues during assembly that I overlooked, but have since remedied them. Now I'm just driving it around to work the bugs out. I had to take the engine out a second time to fix the problem from initial assembly.

I maintained my sisters 75 CJ-5 with the 304 for alot of years until she got married. Now it sits in their garage not running. :( Cantankerous little buggers... always need something!
