Rocker arm removal f head?

I broke a rocker and ordered a new one, do I have to have the keeper pulled off and pressed back on to replace it, and is this something I can do myself?

 

Nothing that you need to remove is a press fit on the Hurricane rocker shaft assembly.
Basically you need to:
Remove the rocker cover.
Remove the 4 rocker tower bolts.
Disassemble, inspect and repair the rocker assembly as is required.
After re-installation you will need to adjust all intake valves.
