new guy in ct thinks he has a 1971

    Hey, my name is Tim just joined up. had a cj2a for 15 years now just bought a couple of jeeps in a package deal - one is a 1974 cj5 with a 304 and only 5000 miles on it and the other is ?? - plate on firewall says jeep corporation and justthese numbers - 8305015 280188.

    it is not preceded by the letter "j" so whats up with dat ? it is a plain jane with a 134 in it, single stick transfer case, dana 44 in the rear

    any opinion would be appreciated
