Be aware that is for a stock system. No Saginaw steering or rear gas tank mods.

Thanks, understand. I am going back as close to stock as I can get it, so may give them a try.

Does anyone have pics of how the stock V6 exhaust was routed? I would love to get rid of the mufflers hanging off each side of my Jeep, but me or the muffler shop can't figure out where to run it.

    That helps a TON.

So the it went down below the frame then? Hmmm. I think i'd end up flattening it with the stuff I do. Bummer, i'll have to stick with the side exhuast setup.

My cross over pipe was redone, and hangs at about the same height as the transmission crossmember.
It got eaten pretty good at Calico.... I wouldn't really recommend it for serious trails.

Of course, the exhaust shop also put the new muffler next to the gas tank....

I had my stock system redone at a local muffler shop after tearing up the original on Rubicon during the '11 trip. The tech was able to route the exhaust over the top of the transmission crossmember instead of underneath like the factory did. Other than that he followed the original routing. Good clearance and it sounds great, he charged me $311.
