Mystery Parts - Where Do They Go? I Can't Remember!

It's been 1 1/2 years since I took my '69 CJ5 apart for restoration. While I did take a lot of pictures when I did, I'm finding now that I don't have the pics I really need!

Here's a picture of three parts and I just cannot remember what they are and where they go. Can anyone enlighten me? Somehow I think one or both of those braces (#1 and #2) have something to do with the battery tray but I could be wrong. Neither one seems like it will line up with one of the holes in the tray or the stud underneath and reach any hole elsewhere. I can't help but think I'm missing a third smaller brace that connects to the stud under the battery tray and connects to the firewall.

#3 I vaguely remember going on the inside of the firewall possibly having something to do with the hood hinges.

1 and 2 are battery box braces.

 

One attaches near where the tub meets the frame. The other attaches next to where the fender meets the fire wall. Both attach to the bottom of the tray.
