    Before you order that one, check out the swinging pedal assemblies for the mahindra roxor. From what I understand, they will fit like they are made to go there (they kind of are) and the price for both a clutch and a brake pedal is the same as the pic you included.

    Begin installing the new Smittybilt seats last night. What a pain! I ended up having to notch the wheel wells to get the seats back far enough to fit behind the steering wheel.
    the passenger seat is so low it's about a quarter inch of the floor pan, the driver's seat is so low that it's about a quarter inch above the gas tank.
    both seat frames are now a conglomerate mess of pieces scabbed together.

    if i had to do it again, i would buy the Roxor seats. you have to make seat frames/mounts anyways. may as well have a low profile seat, with sliders, and a head rest in case of a rear end collision.
    and btw, i have to do it again, since i bought 4 seats. a new pair for my jeep and a pair for the wifes jeep. :cry:

    this is all being done while the jeep is down thankfully, so no real loss in time. doing the geo tracker disk brake conversion, and waiting on a new dual reservoir master cylinder to arrive. then the cussing will begin as a figure out how to mount that........Just Empty Every Pocket, right?

    Come to think about it, if I had to do it all over again, I'd just buy the Roxor:susp:

    No, of course not. Sure, maybe you used a few Roxor parts to finish your project. But for sure the shift knob is original. Unless the thread pitch is wrong. In which case a Roxor knob will probably fit.

    Exactly. The Twin Sticks are original, oh and the Serial Plate is too lol.

    So...
    Almost done with the geo disk brake conversion on all 4 corners. Upgraded to a dual MC for safety. Got it mounted, ran all new hard lines to everything, new proportioning valve on the back. Bench bled the mc, all was well. Dry ran peddle pushes about a million times before welding the bracket into place. Installed the mc, tightened all the fittings. Began bleeding the back passenger line, 4th push, the peddle binds. So now I need to make a push rod adjustment. Not the end of the world. But idk wtf... it was fine during all the dry runs

    I'm really looking forward to hearing how you like those brakes. I was interested when I saw "rando" with those brakes, and almost bought brackets but I really should get the jeep on the road before I do any modifications to the already operable brakes, lol.

    All right. It was a long night but I got my disc brake conversion all buttoned-up. New pushrod fabricated. Brakes bled all the way around. I went to put my tires on and my studs aren't exactly straight because I switched out the left-handed studs for right-handed threaded studs.
    the issue is the aluminum wheels have an ever tight clearance between the stud and the rim hole for the special lug nuts to go on.
    So not sure what I'm going to do there but I'll figure something out.

    maybe i can put an old steel wheel on, and then tighten it on all four studs with the original style acorn lug nuts?

    The brakes work on the jack stand so almost there.

    going to run fuel lines after work and then (provided i can mount the tires properly) start the break in for the disk brakes.

    Now that I put the tires on I noticed that my wheelhouse notch is a little close to the tire on the inside. Worried about rubbing under compression.

    I don't know. I'm just going to sell everything and go live on a beach somewhere otherwise. Seems like a lot less headaches on a beach.

    I'd rather tussle with wheelhouse notches than excessive humanity lol

    Were you able to pull the studs through with the nuts?

    I’ve had good luck in the past with using a thick washer and just a nut. Pull them through with an impact.

    I did. But they aren't perfectly straight for some reason. I'll try the steel wheel trick after work today asap. Plan b...the dread wheel spacer

    Got the tires on. Brakes lock up like a new car. 100% happy with this conversion!!!!learning curve, and some time setbacks, but shoot....
