Homerdog, that is truly a unique hardtop (post #65) on what is stated, by an owner, to be a 1966 Kaiser CJ-5A Tuxedo Park Mark IV with '66 Mustang taillights grafted in the rear and the spare tire is recessed into the tub.

Elsewhere a note (likely by an earlier owner) states, "...bought it in Southeast Alaska, and have tracked down the owner that brought it up in the 70's, but he had no info on the body mods." Seems the information trail came to a dead-end for the owners.

White Company is Whitco, if that wasn't obvious. Changed to the catchier Whitco at some point.

A Koenig hardtop-- The owner says, With the giant windows I've got i can see my left and right rear fenders while driving just by looking over my shoulder. The visibility is unparalleled. The two oval windows in the rear panel are very good to have.

That is (or was?) definitely his CJ.

Hadn't seen him on here for a long time?

    Whatever happened w/ him?

The only time I saw his jeep in person it had no top. Either the full or half cab got cut up for the roof on his rod project. The Jeep was sold to a person in Denver. And the last I talked to him he was in WY. so his wife could be near her children. That is the same rear bumper/ step he had. He had a Toyota pickup also and lived in the trailer in the background. He was bit of an odd sort but fun.
