I'm eager to know what the nut you lost is torqued to. I eventually need to rebuild my PTO.

How did you clean your PTO case? Looks better than mine.

Started cleaning up one of the hubs that I got from Wheelie. sanded as much of the defects as my attention span can take. Still some work to do around the bolt holes.

I got all the pc's of one of the hubs cleaned up and ready to assemble
    [IMG]

I put all these bearings in first then struggled to get the turn dial aligned properly. I found out it is easier to leave these out then align everything. Then just slip them in after.

All finished, and it even works :)

I also got the winch back together. Now I have to pick up the metal to get the mount for it made
    [IMG]

Almost a roller, still looking for those brake adjusters to get the other wheel on

Started running the brake lines today. Picked up lengths at the auto part store so I can bend my own. The brake lines are 3/16" and made of copper coated nickel.

Nice looking truck. I have almost the exact truck aside from a small white stripe at the bottom. The spare will bolt on the rear, just not the front. Looks like a factory Ford wheel probably. If worse came to worse and you were stranded with a front flat, you could move one of the big hole rears up and put the spare on the back....Or just find a big hole 5 on 5.5 wheel to match the rest. =)

Did some brake line work today. Bled the MC right on the frame

I know it's not exact but I think I got it pretty close to the way factory did it

I used some fuel line to wrap the brake lines to keep from rubbing on the frame where it was close

    How an Italian bleeds brakes

Got an hr in on it today. Installed the front u joints and got the drive shaft in. I found out the 45 degree grease fitting that came with the joints hit the pinion nut on the rear. Had to get a 90 degree for it to work. U joint to TC was fine

I love the fuel line idea over brake line, did you cut the fuel line or just slide it over?

Everything is looking good on it, I like how the Italians bleed brakes. I use a mason jar, convenient till you trip over it.
