Stonemine trail in Holzen Germany, with the Dutch JeepClub.
Latitude: 51° 23'55.98" N Longitude: 7° 54'22.61" N
The Dutch JeepClub with approximately 400 active members organizes about 10 events each year. Day and weekend events including the annual Dutch JeepCamp. The stonemine is a active mine, which produces limestone for road and waterway structures.
We had a "basic" campsite on the mine terrain for tents, caravans and campers. A bit chilly in spring, but enough beer, BBQ and campfire's to keep us through the night. Marshalls of the JeepClup prepared some difficult trails for us, which we drove in small groups. This event was visited by 40 members.
