The flanged rear Dana 44 is a 30 spline unit, it's a stronger unit than the 2 piece Dana 44 since the axle and hub are all one unit. You can't spin a hub with this setup.
The flanged rear axle will not have a dust cap or nut on the end like a 2 piece rear axle.
