Since I am replacing my mechanical fuel pump, I need a block off plate to cover the hole in the block. I cant seem to find one on the web. Anyone know where to get one for a 75 cj?

I'd just make one out of a flat piece of metal. Get a new gasket and use it as a template. Call it a day.

I just made one the other day, took about 15 minutes. I used 1/4" steel flat.

Of course, having a plasma, band saw, grinder, drill press helped a lot, but it can still be easily done with a vise and hacksaw if you got plenty of time.

Also really doesn't have to be cut to the shape of the gasket. Won't look as good, but all you really need is to get the 2 holes drilled in the right place. The plate can be square or round or whatever.

Buy a brand new fuel pump, and use it to pump Mountain Dew into an onboard Slushie machine.
