winch mount

Hi guys,
I'm thinking about buying an electric Ramsey Patriot 8000 winch to the Jeepster. Ramsey makes a mounting plate for the 1970 CJ and Scrambler. Will this fit on the Jeepster? I've always wondered if the CJ and the Jeepster share the same front frame design.

I used a CJ mount for my Warn,it took some fabrication work to make it fit.
You woun't find a direct bolt on mount.

I found when you own a Commando,a welder and haveing fabrication skills helps alot.

I have a jeepster hood and grill on my '59 cj. I used these and the front crossmember and motor mounts from a jeepster parts rig to swap in my v-6 after the original crossmember was cut for the 360. I took a bunch of measurements on the two and found that from the rear of the front fenders forward they are the same. I have a warn 8274 on my cj and it is mounted with a normal winch mounting plate with slight modifications.
